How do I return product ?

If you want to return product Go to My Orders,select Return & Replace in the Actions menu. And then select your reason and add details,attach pictures to solve the problem quickly. Finally Submit and Confirm.You can check our reply or next step on return items in a few hours later.We will tell you RMA number and address to return.After you return,please don't forget to add carrier and tracking number.We will accept authorized returns within 90 days of the date the product was ordered by the buyer or original recipient.If you need exchange,we will send you the replacement at the same time, so that it can save some shipping time.
